Two steps: a live selfie check to confirm you match your photos, and an ID check to confirm you're 18+. Both happen in-app during onboarding and take about two minutes. Nobody can message until they're verified — that's the point. More on our Safety page.
Subscriptions are billed through your app store, so cancel there: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Amature+; on Android, Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Details in our Terms.
Tap the ⋯ menu on any profile or chat and choose Report. It goes straight to our moderation team. If someone made you feel unsafe, block them too — they'll disappear from your matches and messages immediately.
Yes, both, in-app: Settings → Account. Export sends you a copy of your data; Delete permanently removes your account and data. No emails, no hoops. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
