Frequently asked questions

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Roses are a premium expression of interest. Every new account receives 1 free Rose. Sending a Rose puts your profile at the top of the recipient's Likes list and signals strong intent. You can earn or purchase additional Roses in the app.
Open their profile, tap the (three dots) menu in the top right corner, then select Report or Block. Blocked users can no longer see your profile or contact you. Reports are reviewed by our safety team.
By default, your profile is visible to users in your area who match your seeking preferences. You can enable Incognito Mode (Premium) in Settings — in this mode only users you've already liked can see you.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Amature → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Amature → Cancel.

You retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Verification confirms you're a real person. Go to Profile → Verify and follow the selfie or ID verification flow. Verified profiles display a checkmark badge, increasing your match rate.
First try force-quitting and reopening the app, or updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, email support@amature.co with a brief description of what happened, your device model, and OS version.
